For privacy or GDPR requests, use the contact form or email ghost55598555@gmail.com.
Visitors can browse the archive without creating an account.
When you use the contact form, the site collects the information you choose to send: name, email address and message. A hidden anti-spam field is also present to reduce automated abuse.
Technical providers may process limited technical data required to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, access time, logs and security events.
Contact form data is used only to read your inquiry and reply to it.
The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form and, where relevant, the legitimate interest of AudioArchives.Ai in managing communication, security and archive-related opportunities.
Contact messages are processed through Formspree, the form submission provider used by the website.
The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Cloudflare for DNS, security and performance services. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are used to measure basic visits and technical performance. Google Search Console is used only for site ownership verification and search indexing diagnostics.
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to reply, maintain a useful project record or handle a legitimate follow-up. As a practical rule, ordinary contact messages should not be kept longer than 24 months unless an ongoing collaboration, dispute or legal obligation requires it.
Technical logs are retained according to the policies of the relevant providers.
AudioArchives.Ai does not add advertising tracking, newsletter tracking or marketing analytics cookies.
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are used as privacy-conscious measurement tools for traffic and performance. They are not used to build advertising profiles.
The language switch stores a small preference in localStorage under the key audioarchives-locale. This stays in your browser and is used only to remember FR/EN display preference.
External services may apply their own technical cookies or logs when you submit a form or open a third-party link.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the relevant provider is expected to rely on appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights for data handled by AudioArchives.Ai, contact ghost55598555@gmail.com or use the contact form.
Please do not send sensitive personal data through the contact form, such as health data, identification documents, payment details, passwords or confidential third-party information.
